How well new hires are prepared, how fast they reach independence, and whether training quality is holding as we scale. Live metrics today, with the next wave of measures on the roadmap.
The five measures we can report today, drawn from trainer scores, attendance, cohort assessments, manager feedback, and time to proficiency by program.

Do leaders trust our training output.
Average confidence rating leaders give new hires across all cohorts.

Exploring whether class size can grow 15 to 25 percent without QA decline.
Tracks trainer performance, consistency, and classroom experience so new hires receive high quality, standardized training.

What this section tracks
Inconsistent delivery leads to uneven readiness, more coaching burden, higher early error rates, and slower ramp times across teams.
The next wave of measures, planned as source data becomes available. These move us from "did training happen" to "is it changing behavior on the job."
Are early errors going up or down.
First 30 day error rate as a percentage of audited work items. A falling line is good.
Are people actually applying what we teach.
Aggregated 30 to 60 day on the job application rating.
Are managers spending too much time re-teaching.
Managers report moderate re-teaching time in the first 30 days, trending down as cohort readiness rises. Expected to reach Low once early QA error rate dips below 6 percent.
Are we protected from risk.
Percentage of staff current on mandatory training org-wide.
