What we're (all) building
A live look at what teammates are building to make their day easier. Browse the shelf, share what you're working on, and when something's polished, send it to the Automation team for review and it lands here for everyone to use.
How this works
- Post what you're building.
One short form. What it is, where it runs, what tools you used, and how much time it saves you per week. Your card lands in the gallery below as In progress.
- Keep building.
Iterate as long as you want. Others can see what you're working on and may borrow the idea — but the build isn't published as a reusable tool yet.
- Submit for review when it's working.
When you're happy with it, hit Submit for review on your card. The Automation team gets a Slack DM and will Approve, Send back with notes, or Reject. While in review, the card is visible but not yet adoptable.
- Approved builds become available for the team.
Once approved, the card flips to Available with the usage instructions you wrote. Anyone on the team can pick it up and use it.

Post what you're building
You need to be signed in with your thewiredconnection.com Google account (this page is gated). Your email is used to attribute the card to you and to DM you if the reviewer has feedback.
Already in GitHub? Turn the repo into a tile
If your build lives in a GitHub repo, skip the form: paste the repo URL and we read your README, write the tile copy, and publish it at faster.newpiedpiper.net/community/<slug>. The download button there always serves the latest commit on your default branch — push a fix, the very next download includes it.
We extract the title, a 4–8 word tagline, a 1–2 sentence blurb, and a longer "what it is" from your README, so the clearer the README, the better the tile reads. Re-submit with the same slug anytime to regenerate. Community tiles are not SSO-gated and anyone with the slug can view them, so don't submit anything sensitive; if you need a tile behind the team wall, ping the Automation team and we'll move it.
Notes
- Self-reported hours-saved is the builder's honest estimate, not a verified savings number.
- You can edit your own card at any time while it's In progress. Once you submit for review, the card freezes until the reviewer responds.
- The Automation team reviews submissions for security and basic fit before they show up as Available.
- Rejected submissions are removed from the shelf. The reviewer will reach out to explain.
